Nestled in green surroundings with beautiful views, Catherine and Olivier welcome you to La Ligne Rouge. Since 2017, the couple have been sharing their passion for food at this unique venue. A place where French gastronomy is the order of the day.
Restaurant La Ligne Rouge is definitely one for the address book. Chef Benjamin Laborie serves up fine French-Belgian gastronomy with an intense focus on the product. In every mouthful you taste his passion for the art. The cuisine, based on seasonal produce, changes colour with the seasons, as does the interior.
In the spring of 2021, it was decided to bring a breath of fresh air to the premises.
With a completely repainted interior and new furniture, the hordes of foodies are now pampered in the renovated rooms, Salon Fangio and Salle Ascari.
Like the cuisine, the restrained yet elegant interior with its large picture-like windows blends in with the colours of the surrounding nature. The authentic wooden floor and panelling combine nicely with the green landscape.
In addition, we chose furniture characterised by nostalgia with a French flavour. The comfortable bucket seats, with an elegant silhouette in two-tone upholstery, sparkle with their red colour and dark stained legs in the ever-changing, alluring shades of light. The quirky table lamps from &Tradition in ‘Bronzed Brass’ provide extra conviviality at the table.
