In April 2021, Jongen Projectontwikkeling moved from Maastricht Airport to Landgraaf. Its new destination: the former Timmerfabriek, located next to the buildings of its sister company, Jongen Bouwpartners. The characterful building, for many years the joinery workshop of Jongen Bouwpartners, was transformed into a sustainable, state-of-the-art office.

Together with JPO, we worked out an interior concept that effortlessly combined the existing industrial look with a warm and homely atmosphere. As a developer, JPO places great emphasis on the experiential value of its projects, so it was only natural that this philosophy should be strongly reflected in this project as well. The building was divided up into various spaces to meet the specific needs of employees, customers and visitors alike. From meeting spaces to conference rooms and offices, a harmonious location has been created in which there is room to expand all facets of the service provided. The choice of furniture, customisation and lighting also play a crucial role in that regard.
