Cinema chain Foroxity wanted an atmospheric reception area. A kind of lobby where visitors can kick back and take stock of the drama on the silver screen. It also had to become a setting where a range of events could take place, suitable for all ages and viewers. At the same time, the area had to offer a cozy interior with the conviviality of a living room. Ideal for an evening of drinks. 

The result is a successful balancing act. Using warm materials and textures, the right atmosphere was created. Centrally-positioned seating islands with low-slung sofas are combined with standing tables. The perfect setting to provide a fitting entrance or exit to the screened film. Moreover, the interior deliberately stays away from cinema clichés such as the red cinema plush.
