Pastry chef Roger van Damme has always dreamed of a fairy-tale pancake house. With the opening of Désirée in Durbuy, that dream came true in 2021. In the city centre, he established a cosy lunch lounge with an attached boutique where you can feast your eyes on scores of creations by him.
